Company description
Boulted Bread was founded in August 2014 by Joshua Bellamy, Sam Kirkpatrick, and Fulton Forde. What began as a three-person team has grown into a small group of hard working, deeply caring, fun, and wonderful people. We are proud of the little community we've created in and around 614 W. South Street, and we are thankful for the city and the people who helped us do it.
We are a small shop with a small crew in a small building on the outskirts of downtown. But our impact continues to grow as we push ourselves to evolve further with a strong focus on better, honest sourcing and a constant, critical eye toward technique.
