This new concept, Ever Andalo, will open in an artsy, growing neighborhood called NoDa, in a space currently housing Crepe Cellar (our 12-year-old restaurant which is closing). The Executive Chef will be coming into a position supported by a solid team of line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, a kitchen manager and sous chefs - many of whom have been with us 5 or more years at Crepe Cellar.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a new Italian concept in Charlotte, NC called Ever Andalo.

For the Ever Andalo Executive Chef role, we are looking for:
-A person with a strong passion for Italian cuisine - including pasta-making and the nuances of regional Italian dishes.
-Ability to work closely and effectively with managers to execute successful service between the back and front of house with teamwork, communication and poise.
-A Chef to create and execute a menu focused entirely on Italian fare - using regionally farmed ingredients. The dishes will pair with the 100+ exclusively-Italian winelist curated by our restaurant group’s sommelier, Michael Klinger.
-Lead our team with a positive leadership style and an attitude that “everyone is welcome”. Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
