The packing assistant is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, food, and beverage are included in the deliveries to off premise events. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. The hours for this position vary and change due to company needs.
Responsibilities include:
-Packing/Unpacking Design Equipment, Food and Beverage
-Assisting in Packaging To-Go Orders
-Assisting with Loading/Unloading Vehicles
-Working Closely with the Beverage Manager
-Organizing the Pack Out/Walk-In Areas
-Receiving/Putting Away Deliveries from Outside Vendors
-Assisting with Inventory and Inspecting Returned Equipment.
-Must be a team player, great communicator and have a positive attitude each day.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be comfortable working in a walk-in refrigerator at times
High volume experience in the catering industry or previous kitchen experience preferred
