Company description Portside Bakery is a small artisan bakery focusing on viennoiserie and high hydration sourdough bread. We’re well known to our local farmers markets, loved by our loyal customers, and are intent on making the best, most inspiring loaves and laminated pastry.

We operate out of a shared kitchen space in Sausalito. Job description We're looking for high energy, people (and pastry!) loving front of house staff to work the stand at our beloved Farmers Markets. Our small bakery has built up a loyal following over the last few years at Stonestown Farmers Market in San Francisco. If you're not afraid of serving long lines, slinging the sourdough bread that's built up a cult following, and working with some of the best humans around, read on!

We are looking for a Sunday market employee to pick up our van and product in Sausalito before the market (7:30am), drive to the market in San Francisco, help set up our stand and display, sell pastries and breads during market hours (9am-1pm), help break down our stall, and drive the van back to the bakery. You'll have the opportunity to trade with other market purveyors, to join a community of local and sustainable purveyors, and to represent a family-owned small business that prides itself on quality.
