Wing Over Farm is a small, diversified veggie, chicken, and flower farm, woman owned and operated. Our farm is on a 4 acre site in Moscow Idaho, and we intensively cultivate 1 acre with organic and low-till practices, and grow year round greens in our 5 greenhouses. We have a small CSA, sell at the Moscow Farmers Market, and farm store on site. We also sell wholesale to the Moscow Food Coop and through local restaurant partnerships.

Job description
Part Time Field Crew:
Tasks include harvesting, weeding, seeding microgreens, processing, propagation, irrigation work, transplanting, some possible BCS walk behind tractor work, construction, and farmers market sales. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Compensation $15 per hour.
Dates: First week May through mid October
No on farm housing.
24-32 hours per week, Tuesday – Friday. Days are flexible based on availability, but must be able to work all day for Friday market harvest, and some Saturday markets.
(*Farm season schedule is typically 3 days per week at the beginning and end of the season, with more hours and 4 days in the height of the summer and fall. Typical day 8 hours, starting at 7.30am)
*Prior experience in farming is helpful, but not required.
Part Time Crew Member for Chicken Operation:
Tasks include moving mobile chicken coops, collecting and washing eggs, feeding, watering, monitoring for health and well being.
This is a stipended position at $600/mo. (a flat monthly rate) and requires 1-2 hours per day on average, 5 days per week Tuesday-Saturday.
First week April - end of October
These positions can be lumped into one to create a more full time position to the right candidate!
