Job description
Connecticut based couple passionate about organic garden-to-table cooking seeks an experienced full time private chef who will oversee meals at their residences domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term commitment, will have private chef experience and at least 5 years fine dining and cooking experience in kitchen with a farm-to-table philosophy. Must be willing to travel for long or short periods of time (1 week to 2 months at a time) and be flexible with the couple's travel schedule. Chef should be able to execute a range of cooking from healthy, organic meals for two to multi-course dinner parties for 10 or more, and occasionally catering larger dinner parties. Couple has organic vegetable garden and seeks a chef whose cooking style, aesthetics and philosophy is in sync with their healthy lifestyle. Full time salary, health insurance after 60 days and 401K. Verifiable references and passing background checks will be required. Each case will be reviewed individually.
