Make a meaningful impact as Marketing Manager with Daily Provisions!

You will own the execution of the Daily Provisions brand marketing strategy, partnering with the operations leaders at each location and team members across the creative, PR, innovation, finance, and digital teams. Your work will both support short term revenue goals and long-term brand building objectives. You will be responsible for using brand positioning to create local restaurant marketing plans for each location and translating those into integrated campaigns and activations across PR, influencers, partnerships, digital, and other key channels. You will collaborate alongside other key team members to execute and measure campaigns. This role will report to our Director of Growth Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Bring us your blend of creative chops – social media, promotions, and partnerships – with digital business building tactics to build loyalists and fans of the brand.
- Support the Director of Growth Marketing and Director of Digital Experience in executing the marketing strategy for Daily Provisions, partnering with our operators at each location to deliver against our short-term revenue and long-term brand building objectives.
- Serve as the keeper for cross departmental information for Daily Provisions; you’ll be the day-to-day point of contact between the operating and marketing teams.
- Learn to love and use our data/tools to identify opportunities to drive brand and revenue growth through alternative channels alongside the Director of Growth Marketing.
- Help grow, develop, and refine the customer experience on all digital platforms (e.g. online ordering, third party delivery partners, social media, email marketing and sms)
- Refine brand communications by collecting customer insights and feedback, and by assessing market and competitive dynamics.
- Create and manage editorial and content calendars and work with the Director of Digital Experience to develop a reporting cadence on performance.
- Work seamlessly with other marketing channel managers (e.g. PR, creative, etc.) to learn best practices across all channels.
- Develop, execute, and measure local restaurant marketing plans for each location. These plans could include unique partnerships, promotions, events, and audience building.
- Dream up and build creative brand partnerships that are naturally aligned will strengthen brand affinity and drive awareness to new and aspirational audiences.
What we need from you:
- 2-4 years of work experience in brand management, preferably in hospitality, liquor/spirits, food/beverage, or luxury.
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced emerging brand is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing/communications or a related field required.
- Ability to interpret analytics, communicate and formulate strategy and experience in owning a P&L or being accountable for business results. A strong attention to detail in both written and visual content. Highly creative with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement programs that are disruptive while maintain brand positioning.
- Design skills are a plus, though not required.
- Have a strong proficiency in email marketing and sms strategy and tactics with proven results.
- Experience building comprehensive marketing campaigns, including identifying and building partnerships.
