We are located in Garrison, NY, and we service a wide array of events ranging from large weddings to corporate retreats to private parties throughout the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and NYC regions. We run the food service at the Garrison Institute and at the nationally acclaimed Storm King Art Center, and we own and operate Dolly’s, a neighborhood restaurant on the Garrison waterfront steps from Metro-North.
Job description
Fresh Company is hiring all positions in advance of a busy Spring-Fall season. We are seeking hard-working, responsible, talented freelance prep cooks, chefs, bussers, dishwashers, servers, bartenders, and event captains/managers to work with us in the upcoming season and possibly through the winter.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience working for a caterer or in a fast-paced, busy, high-quality restaurant.
-Successful working well in a team environment.
-Exposure to a variety of cuisines.
-Passion for and familiarity with local and high-quality ingredients.
-Adept at working in environments requiring flexible thinking and adapting on the fly.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
