Little Canal is a daytime cafe on the Lower East Side, and we are preparing to open Little Canal Nightshift, bar and restaurant. The evening space will offer a seasonal menu featuring vegetables and grains, natural wine, and classic cocktails.
As we prepare to open for Little Canal Nightshift, we are looking for an experienced line cook to join our team. The line cook works independently and must be able to work calmly and effectively in a fast paced environment. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality is a must.
Rate is $20+/hr DOE
