Sideboard is a small deli/grocery in Gowanus, Brooklyn that opened in September 2020. We are known for our sandwiches, eclectic selection of groceries, and our friendly neighborhood vibes. We are growing ever busier and are looking for people with enthusiasm and passion for sandwiches and fine food to come join us!

The Sideboard is looking for an outgoing and passionate person to join us as a sandwich-maker/counterperson! This position is part-time for now, but with the potential to grow into full-time if you’re interested.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is just as comfortable schmoozing with our customers as they are using a deli slicer. Someone who can stock shelves and use a POS machine.

We have a small, limited sandwich menu with monthly specials. Our store is open daily 11am-6pm.

Bonus points for:

– Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate

– Knowing Shopify POS
