The Sous Chef will work for the Head Chef to oversee the chain of food preparation work done by Line Cooks. Prepare soups, salads, and sauces, assist chef in preparing entrées, and ensure that food health and safety regulations are followed.
The Line Cooks work for the Lead Line Cook, plating up dishes and completing basic food prepping tasks. Main duties will be preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $20.00 - $25.00
