Company description Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden is located outside of Jacksonville, Oregon in the beautiful Applegate Valley.  Our winery and vineyard specialize in Rhone Varietals and has commercial asparagus production.  We now are moving into our next phase of development with the creation of our culinary program and new culinary gardens.  We are a small team that works closely together on all projects.  It is a low stress and ego free environment and a great place to learn.
