We are well known for our sandwiches (all served on our homemade English muffins) and our exceptional coffee program featuring Tandem Coffee Roasters (Portland, ME). We are proud to partner with many other New England producers - eggs from Feather Brook Farms, butter & cheese from Cabot Creamery, and buttermilk from Kate's Butter to name a few. Job description

We're searching for a full-time baker to join our team! The bakers' day revolves around making our from-scratch English muffins: mixing the dough, shaping by hand, and griddling until golden brown perfection. Working on a team of 2-3 bakers each day in our small and bustling kitchen, the baker's role also involves making rustic pastries from scratch such as biscuits, scones, cookies, and muffins. It's a busy and productive day, fueled by Tandem coffee, teamwork, and usually a heavy dose of 80s or 90s pop.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of professional kitchen experience, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to be part of a team. Ability to work weekends and lift 50 lbs required.
