INTRODUCTION
You’re interested in bees and would like to work producing local urban honey? Alvéole has a sweet deal for you! We’re presently looking for 2 collaborators to help and assist our urban beekeepers harvesting our local honey in San Francisco CA.
This is a temporary collaboration for a duration of 4 - 6 weeks at 40-hour per week, starting Jun 6th, 2022
Ultimately, we want to make people fond of bees, which in turn will lead to them falling in love with nature and building awareness about the impact that each and every one of us can have in preserving our environment. POSITION OVERVIEW
Start date: Jun 6th, 2022
Roles and responsibilities:
- Accompany a beekeeper to harvest honey boxes from client bee hives located on rooftops and/or ground level sites
- Support client communications and provide for successful interactions while on client sites
- Assist beekeeper to load and unload honey boxes from trucks and onto pallets in the warehouse
- Assist in shipping logistics of honey boxes to centralized extraction facility

This role is eligible for overtime pay.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, $35,568* - $50,000
