Job description
167 Raw is looking for serious culinary employees for full time and long term employment. Full availability for this position is a must. Our line cooks will be familiar with kitchen stations, including garde manger, saute, grill, and fry. The ability to time manage, while communicating with the team is essential in the kitchen. Applicant will have previous experience handling and preparing food according to food safety standards. Our restaurant’s consistency is important, which is driven from the line cooks’ ability to prepare and follow our signature recipes, with the ability to create featured dishes, aligned with our menu style.
Line Cook Requirements:
-2 years prior kitchen experience
-Possess written and verbal skills, for communication
-Full availability and flexible work schedule
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Able to lift 50+lbs
