Job description
We are searching for a detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to handle all incoming bookings for the company. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are correctly captured and clearly communicated to our kitchen and delivery teams.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are vital in this role. A successful candidate will be extremely organized and able to manage multiple photoshoot bookings simultaneously.
This position is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We work 4 days on site and Fridays are work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email correspondence with clients
- Identify client’s requirements and expectations
- Book all new catering jobs from start to finish
- Maintain calendar of photoshoots
- Prepare proposals for clients
- Prepare job details for the kitchen and delivery teams
- Prepare estimates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Top organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work at a very fast pace
