Waldscraft is a community-supported artisan bakery born out of a home in Mill Valley. We make rustic-style breads and baked goods from organic, local, and seasonal ingredients. We value our role in bringing our community together around our unique, delicious, small-batch fare.

Waldscraft was created by a novice baker. As a team, we pride ourselves in our open communication, “a learn as we go” mentality. We discuss ways to improve our products and our processes so that we benefit from collective thinking. Most importantly, we learn from each other and others in our community.

As we move into a beautiful bakery in downtown Mill Valley, we are thoughtfully building a team. Job description

Waldscraft is hiring for various positions! We seek bakers and food makers with experience in high paced retail operations, as well as customer service professionals with a love of food and a warm, outgoing and community-centric approach to service.

We are looking for true professionals: those who can contribute their ideas and concepts and use their collaborative spirit to work with the team to share our existing recipes with our community.
