Job description

We are looking for a motivated individual with both kitchen and management experience to join our team as a Shift Leader. Our Shift Leaders are trained in all kitchen stations and have the ability to move from station to station as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in training staff. Communicate procedures and demonstrate tasks, ensure comprehension.
- Effectivity delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Oversee and ensure completion of all daily tasks
- Prepare dishes in coordination with other kitchen staff, as needed
- Model excellent customer service for the Kitchen Team, answering questions about products, services and policies
- Maintain overall appearance of kitchen, ensuring all items are properly and fully stocked and all surfaces are clean
- Respond to emergencies and safety hazards

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
