FCCA is hiring a kitchen boss/cook to plan and provide healthy meals every Tuesday to everyone who comes for a good meal and socialization at our Community Meals. The cook will become a valued member of our team and provide a much beloved service.
They will also coordinate a dedicated team of volunteers who are needed to make everything run smoothly. They will be expected to cook between 60-70 meals weekly, some of which need to be prepared for in-person dining and some packaged for food deliveries. Restaurant experience preferred. It is 5+ hours per week for $18-$20/hour.
We had to suspend this service due to Covid and would really like to start serving these again.
