Real cheese made from plants.
We use long-established, traditional cheese-making methods using real, plant-based ingredients. Our result is a cheese with the flavor, depth, and texture of a traditional dairy cheese, not a cheese replacement. It just so happens to vegan. Made with care and time in the heart of Philadelphia, we use our proprietary fermented cashew curd blend and apply traditional affinage methods and treatments to our cave-aged cheese, resulting in a bloomy, tasty, stand-out, dairy-free, vegan cheese.
We’re adding to our Production and Affineur Team in the New Year!
Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and energetic collaborator who loves to learn. A keen observer with a built-in attention to detail, with an ability to recognize priorities and shift focus accordingly. This person is comfortable asking questions, thrives on crushing to-do lists, contributing to shared goals, and is wild for (or doesn’t mind) the rhythm of repetition. Bring your positive mental attitude, and your passion for food!
