Job description Cloud City Farm and Community Garden is a sustainable, nonprofit farm located at 10,152 feet above sea level in Leadville, CO and operated by Cloud City Conservation Center. This position will supervise all aspects of Cloud City Farm and Community Garden including crop plans and implementation, on-site team management, crop health and pest management, volunteer and programmatic schedules, food distribution, our community compost program, the community garden, and community engagement. The Farm Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to implement the site plan and expand the farm. This position is empowered to ensure that Cloud City Farm functions at peak production and works in companionship and collaboration with C4’s other programs and objectives. The successful candidate will advance the mission of C4 and will communicate confidently and effectively about programs, services, goals and values.

This is a full time, year-round position. Given the seasonal nature of the organization and the duties of the job, there will be some weeks that are significantly more than 40 hours/week and will include evenings, weekends, and holidays, including major event weekends. This position requires in-person presence in Leadville, Colorado.
