Hello! We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hard-working Lead Grower to help us serve nearby communities in need with fresh, healthy produce here in beautiful SW Michigan. Everything we grow is donated to underserved communities. This is an ideal opportunity for growers – rural and urban alike – who have experience with intensive organic production in small spaces (we mostly use raised beds), want to put roots down in a vibrant community abounding with natural beauty, and have a passion for making the world a better place.

Our area is ridiculously gorgeous, with an amazing old growth forest just down the road from us, rolling hills of lovely farmland, and countless preserves filled with dramatic sand dunes, endless Lake Michigan beaches, inland lakes, winding rivers and natural meadows. You will also find a surprising amount of good food, music, art, and interesting people doing interesting things in the small towns scattered about, and on top of that, we're just an hour and a half drive from the bustling metropolises of Chicago and Grand Rapids. This is a salaried, non-exempt position. Compensation starts at $35,000/year, with 22 days of paid time off (including sick days, family leave, vacation, etc).
