We are farm to truck, elevated. Showcasing the culinary bounty of Colorado, with plates inspired by the owners journey in food and beer. Relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and growers fill the rotating menu with the best ingredients of each season. Our food is elevated yet approachable out of our little camper and can bring amazing food to you whether we're at a brewery or catering your wedding in the mountains, we're here for every adventure.
From the 1920s, campers have become synonymous with a sense of adventure and discovery for the everyday American. As an ode to my own adventure through the landscape of food, as well as the adventures I hope to now take with you, Lady in the Wild will call one of these iconic campers home.
Lady in the Wild food truck strives to create a different experience compared to your typical food truck. Focused on "food for every adventure," the goal is to provide high end food for off grid events or weddings that may not otherwise have access to a full catering experience.
Going into our second season of being open, our gears are focused towards special events, weddings, pop ups and retreats while also pulling up at breweries, festivals and the occasional farmers market.
Job description Lady in the Wild is seeking an outgoing and passionate individual to help represent the food truck at multiple events.
From pulling up at breweries, farmers markets and festivals, to catering events in Denver and around the state, to pop ups and beyond, our mission is to truly serve "food for every adventure."
We are looking for FOH staff to work the POS system, take orders, explain the menu, engage with guests and serve food. Other tasks will include helping set up and breakdown the food truck before and after events, as well as some minor cleaning.
Food knowledge and experience is preferred. Opportunities may be available to help prep in our commissary kitchen if this sparks interest.
Because this is a food truck, the schedule will vary with some nights, some mornings and some afternoons. While help is mostly needed on weekends, flexibility for multiple days a week is a must. Compensation this position is : hourly, $15-20/hr Application instructions
