Job Posting: TOPP Program Director

Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO) announces a job opening for a TOPP Program Director. The TOPP Program Director performs overall management of the TOPP Program for the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic. The ideal candidate will have education and experience in complex project management, multi-million dollar federal funding, coordination and reporting with multiple stakeholders, supervision of the program team, and the creation of administration systems and procedures. Knowledge of organic regulations and regulatory compliance would be beneficial in this role. This position requires both computer-based remote work with moderate on-site travel and event coordination. We are looking for a driven leader and self-motivated person to join our team-oriented environment at PCO. This is a full remote telecommuting position. Candidates within the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic area will be given preference. This position is funded through 2027 with no guarantee for refunding.

PCO is a growing non-profit organization that works with organic farmers and food producers across the US. PCO provides organic certification services to more than 1600 operations and employs approximately 34 staff and sub-contractors with over 40 inspectors. Our team members and inspectors are dedicated to our mission: to ensure the integrity of organic products and serve our farming community.

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Starting Salary range: $83,100 - $93,500, depending on experience.
