Mama Tong Soup is committed to creating small batch, delicious, nourishing soups and bone broths. We partner with CA farms and ranches that share our uncompromising drive for sustainable food practices. The inspiration for the company came from the ritual foods prepared for post- natal recovery known as zuo yuezi. Soups and Broths are a staple of the zuo yuezi diet, traditionally prepared with love by your mama❤️
This position is learning all aspects of Mama Tong and can quickly grow to a management position. You must be able to lift 50 lb repeatedly and have professional kitchen experience. The Mama Tong Kitchen is bright, clean and wonderful to work in.
Monday delivery route plus some end of day prep work 10-4
Tuesday broth production 9:30-3:30
Wednesday broth production and packaging 9-3
Thursday broth production and packaging 9-3
Friday broth production 10-2
some flexibility on hours possible and lots of flexibility during the slower summer months
