Responsible for two warehouses’ mechanical, equipment, building, and exterior needs including but not limited to building repairs (refrigeration, plumbing, heating, and light electrical); leaks (sinks, toilets, roof, and refrigeration); fire safety, OSHA compliance, storage, power equipment (pallet jacks, thermostats, and alarms); and internet.

Qualifications: 

1. Experience with refrigeration systems
2. Ability to operate fork truck and other handling equipment
3. Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing and lifting up to 60 pounds
4. Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and remedies
5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to react to callout work when equipment malfunctions
7. Ability to clean and maintain clean workstation / work closet
