Job description
-making sandwiches and breakfast biscuit sandwiches to order
-heating slices of savory pie and quiche to order
-maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for the sandwich line
-slicing meats and cheese
-prepping sandwich components during down time
-supporting the savory team
-communicating with FOH and sweet and savory teams to maintain food quality and timely service

Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Evanston is looking for a part-time sandwich pro. Schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays 7am to 3pm. One year minimum previous kitchen experience required. Must be organized and able to multitask. Duties include:
