We are seeking a talented, proactive, and passionate leader to head our Marketing, Communications, and Outreach efforts. Someone energized by connecting with people, whether teaming up with departments to collaborate or support the latest great idea, or working with local values-aligned organizations on partnerships for meaningful positive impact. Someone who has an optimistic outlook and is passionate about bettering our world through service to our community. Someone who is mission driven and believes that a little cooperative grocery store can embody business as a force for common good and become a catalyst for lasting positive change, for all.

Our amazing little store, founded in 1979, has been growing quickly, nearly 80% growth over the past five years, and we have our sights set on even greater heights. We currently have opportunities to immerse yourself in the fundamentals of running a business through our Open Book Management program, or learn the intricacies of natural and local food movement, or grow strong connections with our amazing local community. But, beyond current, with the heights we're reaching for, the sky's the limit to where our work might lead, personally for you, and together.

• Special Orders at 5% above cost (to cover shipping), where team members can order full cases from our distributors at an incredibly low price.
