Company description At Tipsy Scoop, we make liquor infused ice cream and sorbet inspired by classic and contemporary cocktails and made using local and seasonal ingredients. Job description We are looking for someone to coordinate our corporate gifting orders and catered events! 

The Ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, have strong organizational skills and love the high-paced events world! Must have strong communication skills- both written and oral and be comfortable speaking in front of a group of 10 or so people! 

Responsibilities:

Provides a personal experience to all clients and prospects

Must maintain strong and consistent follow up to ensure an efficient execution

Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills via email and conference meetings

Effectively manages time and productivity

Curates, plans, fully executes, and hosts all in-store and off-site corporate events

Maximizes the sales opportunities in the events through added product and services

Partners with  Operations for receiving and shipping product

Works closely with partners to create brand appropriate materials specific to events or branded collaborations  Compensation this position is : hourly, $20/hr + Application instructions DeadlineMay 05, 2023
