Job description
Maman Commissary Kitchen is looking for a Viennoiserie baker to grow the team! Full time (40 hours) and day shift only. 6:30am-2:30pm.
Under the supervision of the Viennoiserie Chef, you will be in charge of:
- Mixing
- Dividing
- Shaping
- Lamination of any types of dough. (Croissant, Brioche...)
- Proofing
- Baking
The menu is changing seasonally and improving with new pastries and technics.
You will be part of a growing team in a brand new facility in one of the best bakery in NYC.
Requirements:
-1 year baking experience
-Weekend availability
-ability to lift up to 50lbs
Salary: $16-23.00 per hour
