Local coffee roasting company hiring for production line staff. Experience in food/beverage production or other production line work preferred. We are a family owned and operated small business. Work alongside the owners in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 pounds above the head, do repetitive motions, and stand/walk for the duration of the work day.

Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am-3pm, with the opportunity to add hours in the future.

Tasks Include (but not limited to): Applying labels to coffee bags; filling bags with freshly roasted coffee beans; sealing coffee bags using a heat sealer and applying tin ties; packing wholesale, online, and pick-up orders with efficiency and accuracy; maintaining a clean and organized workspace; regularly assisting in the deep-cleaning of the roastery facility.

Other Requirements: Must live close to Florence, MA. If you are a student, you must be available Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am-3pm through your graduation. As we are a small family business with few employees, this is not suitable as a summer job or for one or two semesters only.
