Job Details
The Front of House Manager will lead the FOH team in developing strong service standards, streamlined operational SOP's and ensuring high team morale. FOH will coordinate with BOH as necessary to create a unique, memorable, and fun experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
*Manage the FOH team to ensure service is efficient & reflective of the brand standards at all times.
*Manage & Maintain overall appearance of the venue.
*Manage REZY platform online reservations and coordinate with guests.
*Coordinate preparations and booking live music as needed.
*Coordinate special and private events in conjunction with the management team.
*Follow all DOH, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies.
*Create a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
*Other responsibilities may arise as needed
*Helping to recruit FOH staff as needed
Qualifications:
*Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
*Capable of setting priorities, planning, organizing, delegating, and control processes.
*Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labor, and health code regulations.
*Experience operating and maintain a POS system.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
