Company description We are a rural wholesale micro bakery specializing in artisan bread and pastries.  We use mostly organic ingredients, compostable packaging and have a minimal waste policy.  We pay above a living wage and have sickpay as well.   Starting rate is $17 for those with little to no baking experience, higher for more experienced individuals.   Vacation pay starts to be earned after 1 year of working for us.  We have 16 employees who perform many jobs like mixing doughs, shaping and proofing bread, laminating pastries, baking in a wood fired oven with an old-world peel.  As well as packaging, delivering and selling our bread at farmers markets.  We are located in a rural intentional community and sometimes have housing opportunities for our employees as well.  If interested, employees can apply for housing with a separate application.   Job description We are looking for someone to work the shaping into late night baking shift.  4pm-4am, 2 nights per week and then lighter work on 1-2 other days.    Compensation this position is : hourly, $15-20/hr Application instructions Please click here to sign in and view application details.
