Job description
We are hiring for a baker! Ideally we are hiring for a skilled baker to work our viennoiserie or hearth-baked oven station.
If you do not have experience, we are willing to train you in the art of sourdough bread production. Experience is a definite plus.
We offer a unique job in this industry that includes:
- Reasonable Hours: work 40 daytime hours a week without running yourself ragged and waking up in the middle of the night.
- Breaks and Meals: We offer a daily family meal with provided food, snacks, and beverages at no cost. A half hour break midday that can also be taken in our outdoor seating area.
- Holidays OFF. We stop production for major holidays, including Thanksgiving and a winter recess between Xmas eve and NYE!

- Fair Wages. Pay is very fairly compensated based on skill level and also includes PTO and overtime as needed.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $15.00 - $24.00
