Job description
The ideal restaurant manager possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset, effectively leading and motivating the team while ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction for customers.
They exhibit excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, allowing them to efficiently manage operations and handle challenges.

Some responsibilities of a floor manager are but are not limited to:
-Manage and coordinate all FOH activities
-Manage and coordinate our Delivery and Takeout operations
-Assist with the training and development of all team members
-Ability to support and motivate staff
-Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all back of house team members
-Adhere to DOH standards and regulations
-Implement policies and protocols
Floor Manager Compensation: $26 - $29 / hour (based on experience)
