Seeking a skilled line / prep cook for Hotel Kinsley.
Applicants must be able to work a daytime regular schedule. Must be a multitasker and take direction well, including prepping and maintaining a clean station.
Job Duties:
Prepping and working daytime line
Maintaining a clean work space.
Experience in food service at a full-meal service restaurant
Availability to work a consistent daytime schedule.
Must have excellent organization and communication skills
Must be able to work with a team.
Prepare orders in an efficient, timely, pleasant, and professional manner
Be responsible for equipment and supplies
Ability to carry out assignments and work well with other staff
Ability to safely and quickly traverse staircase while carrying a loaded tray, heavy (50 lbs.) equipment and food.
