• Teach repertoire of cooking classes from BkK curriculum
• Manage staff throughout scheduled shift
• Manage classroom for guest safety and experience
• Plan and execute excellent cooking experiences, including public classes, private and custom events.
• Maintain excellent customer service and experience for guests
