Our food truck is located in East Falmouth, MA and our production location is currently located in Marion, MA.

Are you a BBQ enthusiast? Do you have a passion for food and people?

Our well-established food truck in East Falmouth is looking to expand our dynamic, welcoming team. We are currently seeking enthusiastic crew members to serve in the following roles: cashiers, grill cooks, food runners, prep and cleanup personnel. Grill/line cook experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers in person and via phone and enter orders in POS system
• Learn the menu, and assist in preparation of various menu components throughout shift (grill, finishing, expediting)
• Sort and pack orders for takeout or door dash
• Cleanup of stations, particularly utilizing time in between guests to refresh and refill
• Conducting food supply inventory counts at regular intervals
• Other assignments as necessary

Requirements:

• Dependability and punctuality are a must
• Ability to thrive on a team in a fast paced, fun environment
• Ability to receive direction, and provide guidance to more junior staff (promotion opportunities available)
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in continual improvement (ongoing improvements to quality of service, quality of product, and employee productivity).
• Have, or wiling to obtain and maintain, required food safety certification (company paid)

Part-time position (Thurs-Sun). Pay commensurate with experience, and ranges from $15-20/hr, plus tips.

Additional opportunities for cooks/chefs available at our Marion, MA production kitchen.
