Job description Hey there!  We are a well established local favorite artisanal grocery and cafe, serving sandwiches, salads, and lots of great coffee!  We are seeking a Lead Barista with at least 1 full year active barista experience working with manual machines and some management skills who wants to learn, grow and achieve.
 

The Lead Barista is responsible for managing the daily operations of our coffee program, including the selection, development and performance management of the Barista team. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies, optimize profits and create a welcoming environment for guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience.

The Lead Barista is a leadership role and thus the candidate must be professional and dependable, and a team player who creates a positive and fun team dynamic. Team building and coaching on a daily basis is an imperative.  And great customer service in a fast-paced environment is a must!

As we move to open our 2nd location there is plenty of career growth for the right candidate!
