The farm is still located at the original company location in Thurman which is nestled in the Adirondack foothills. The Cheese plant is now located at the iconic Hitching Post location in Lake Luzerne NY.

Job description

We are looking for one or more people interested in learning everything there is to know about award-winning cheese production in a brand new artisan cheese plant facility nestled in the heart of one of the most iconic and historic buildings in the southern Adirondacks of upstate New York. You will be involved in making cheese from when the milk comes in to when its put in the vats. You will be involved in pouring and flipping our many types of artisan goat, sheep and cow cheeses and will help us clean equipment and stage pours each day. Great wage for the area and housing could also be available. Compensation
