Job description
We are looking for a special individual with a passion for affinage who can help move production forward in our aging caves keeping things organized, clean, properly rotated, checking flavor profiles and making sure that the turning and rotation of cheese is consistent and that the environment is at its best for producing the best bloomy and washed rind cheeses possible. Wrapping and packing of cheese and some help pouring cheese when necessary may also be part of the duties of this job.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $17.00 - $22.00
