We are looking for a remote, 80% FTE, Internal Marketing Specialist for Taste Profit and Kitchen Table Consultants to…
- Market our services to new and existing clients across the country. Please note that this position is for the marketing of our professional/consulting services—you will not be creating marketing materials for our clients (although we may request your expertise for client projects).
- Better package our current services and client resources.
- Create and build marketing campaigns from concept to final execution through landing/sales pages, email campaigns, social posts, blogs, and digital ad campaigns.
- Identify new markets and new ways to reach our ideal clients.
- Oversee blog strategy and writing.
- Oversee email marketing strategy and execution and create a plan to build our email list(s).
- Strategize and execute on social media to increase the volume, quality, and consistency of our social presences (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create case studies/success stories and annual reports from client testimonials and interviews, and drive traffic to those pieces of content.
- Create/assist with creating marketing assets for conferences, partnerships, etc. (flyers, presentation decks, handouts, other).
- Track and report on marketing metrics.

You have experience marketing B2B and professional services.You’re good with words, you have an eye for design (although technical design skills are not required), and you’re invested in seeing our company and our clients succeed. Importantly, you are excited about joining an ever-growing eclectic team of colleagues from around the country who share the same values of centering empathy, honesty, and data-driven decision making in all aspects of their work.
Key Required Skills
- 3+ years experience marketing professional services.
- Excellent written communication and consumer-facing copywriting skills.
- Experience conceptualizing and building marketing funnels top to bottom.
- Ideally, you have Wordpress skills and can assume responsibility for building landing pages/campaigns on our website as needed.
- All things email marketing, including the technical side of deliverability, segmentation, and connecting custom landing pages and forms to email lists, etc.
- You’re a pro at taking existing content and turning it into social posts, email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse team members and draw out their expertise in order to create compelling content from our existing knowledge base.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Zoom.
- Previous experience working remotely as part of a team.
- Ability to learn from, follow, and develop written procedures.
- Ability to handle a multitude of disjointed tasks.
- Fearless resolve to understand our clients’ experiences and turn that information into compelling storytelling and marketing.
Other Skills & Useful Experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with farming and agriculture industry experience.
- Graphic design skills are helpful, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and excel in online platforms for workflow and communication (Asana, Harvest, Slack, Google suite, and others).
- You stay up-to-date on marketing trends and technologies.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $29.00 - $32.00
