Just Date is led by two best friends – Dr. Sylvie Charles and Samantha Abramson. Sylvie is a medical doctor, who studied at USC and practiced at UCSF before taking the jump into entrepreneurship. Samantha is a longtime marketing executive and alumna of Apple.

Job description
As the Operations Coordinator at Just Date, you will support the day-to-day function of operations including sales order processing, fulfillment and invoicing, supporting accounts receivable, freight and logistics coordination and customer service. The ideal person for this role will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a passion to grow alongside a woman-owned, mission driven business. You will be an integral part of fulfillment, quality control, certification compliance management, warehousing, new product launches and logistics, ensuring that our company’s operations are keeping up with our goals across Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Coordinate order fulfillment across Retail, Wholesale and eCommerce

Support e-commerce customers via email

Arrange end-to-end transportation for raw and finished goods

Partner and clearly communicate with East and West Coast 3PLs

Documentation and tracking for certification compliance (Organic, Upcycled, Kosher, etc)

Monitor inventory across e-commerce channels (Shopify, Amazon, Faire)

Work closely with Director of Operations to improve systems and find operational efficiencies

Work with wider team to support new product innovation as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have the excitement, optimism, and creativity needed to support scaling a CPG company!
- You have 1-3+ years of experience in operations, administration, logistics

You love details and are able to synthesize information and identify key priorities quickly

You get excited about organization; creating new systems or improving processes makes your day

You have experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office. Shopify, Quickbooks, SPS Commerce a plus!

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $30.00 - $35.00
