I'm looking for a co-founder/partner (chef, pastry chef or high level cook ready to go to the next level) to open a food business with. I don't mind getting my hands dirty in the kitchen, but my main roles will be geared more towards the business side of the operation.
I'm looking to open in the Bayside/Flushing area depending on the concept and real estate availability. However, I'm flexible and not married to a specific location. I'm also flexible on the concept. I hope we can discuss, play off of each others strengths and craft a business plan together.
It would be ideal if you have some type of funding for this venture, but that's not a deal breaker. We would have to discuss the details of our partnership if you are purely sweat equity.
