COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We’re Bandit. We make dairy-free cheese utilizing long-established cheese-making and traditional affinage methods practiced for centuries. Affinage is the caretaking of cheese throughout its full life cycle from blank slate curd beginnings through ripening, blooming, and full maturation of the cheese.
The result of these lengthy but satisfying processes is cheese with all the flavor, depth, and texture you’d expect in a dairy cheese. Made in the heart of South Philadelphia, we blend, ferment, and craft our cave-aged cheeses by hand, with time and care. The result is a stand-out dairy-free, vegan cheese.
