The Social & Brand Manager, in support of the Owners and General Managers, will be responsible for championing the Bayberry brand through the lens of social media and digital design, maintaining brand integrity by ensuring that each of the two Bayberry location’s messaging is distinctive yet consistent company-wide, and developing / executing strategic, and revenue driving social media.

In close partnership with the Owners, General Managers and Chefs of each location, the Social & Brand Manager will tell the ‘Bayberry Story’ through a variety of digital platforms, and build upon the marketing and branding presence at both restaurants in order to increase brand exposure and profitability. This role will require an in-depth knowledge and understanding of both restaurants and an eagerness to develop the brands through a creative lens, in order to drive business forward. The Social & Brand Manager will communicate with various departments to ensure the messaging is streamlined and accurate. This role is incredibly dynamic and requires a serious degree of self motivation, organization, research, creativity and responsibility.
