The market runs outdoors rain or shine from May-November and indoors from December - April. The market has 50+ vendors and works each week with community groups and musicians.

The Kingston Farmers Market, the premier farmers market in New York's mid-Hudson Valley, is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager will oversee market operations, seasonal curation and vendor selection, vendor relations, marketing, finances, website and database maintenance, graphic design, customer service, and other weekly administration managerial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the local farming and agriculture community.
This is a part-time, year-round position of approximately 15-20 hours per week. Starting pay is $25/hour. There is an understanding that certain times of the year are busier than others. There will be weeks where the work required is 25+ hours and certain times of the year where it is less than 15 hours/week. Must be available for most market hours on Saturdays (May through November, weekly, 9am–1pm; December through April, biweekly, 10am–2pm).
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
