Union Street Brewing is a start-up brewery/tap room in Hudson, NY. Our central Hudson NY location housed in a beautifully restored 1930’s warehouse contains our brewing operations, a modern tap room and a vast outdoor beer garden to be enjoyed in warmer months.

Job description Do you want to join be part of an exciting new team and serve elevated bar food to a brewery crowd? Our team is small but mighty, our chef Joel Somerstein, is CIA trained and has worked at some of the top restaurants in NYC. We are looking for a hard working and versatile prep cook to help us achieve our vision. Working days are Wednesday - Sunday, reasonable hours, great work environment and good pay.
