We teach our cooks everything we do in house and you’re sure to grow as a chef here.  Job description At Casa Susanna we have a 4 day work week for all of our cooks so you have a full-time job and 3 days off every week. We have a professional and fun environment while still focusing on high quality. We make everything in house: we butcher animals in house, we do our masa production here, we use and teach techniques such as wood fire cooking so this is a great place to learn a lot about not only modern Mexican cuisine but to grow as a cook and chef.  Compensation this position is : hourly, $20/hr + Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
