Urgently Hiring!Location: Brooklyn
Job type: Part-time hourly, seasonal (Sept. – November).
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Hrs. per week: 20-25
Hourly Wage: $21/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (include but are not limited to):
• Operate vehicle to transport and set up equipment at market locations
• Follow prearranged weekly schedules to meet program itineraries at each assigned market location
• Follow routes to destination, or use maps and GPS to navigate routes on the fly
• Maintain vehicle and equipment condition and cleanliness
• Maintain and have safe and compliant driving record, following all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations.
• Collect market reports and deliver to office staff secured and undamaged
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience driving preferred
• Physically able to lift and carry 50 - 70 pounds, able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during daily routine
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual and demonstrates professionalism to job and duties
• Able to follow verbal directions and follow GPS
• Able to work well alone and willing to commit to the entire market season
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and routines
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
